Here’s what worked for me: keep your phone in the shade! Okay, okay, I know it sounds obvious, but hear me out. If you can’t leave your car under a tree or a canopy, try using a sun reflector (you can even use an old CD or aluminum foil). It won’t make your phone cool down instantly, but it’ll reduce the heat damage.
Reflection
After implementing this hack, my phone and I have been BFFs again. No more overheating worries – just me and my phone, ready to take on the day (or at least until I get home to pick up the kids).
