Stuck in a Rut?
I was trying to finish a presentation for work, but my mind kept wandering. I spent more time checking social media than actually working on the slides. That’s when it hit me – what if I could somehow magically “get into flow”?

It gets my blood flowing and helps me clear my mind. Then, I set a timer for 25 minutes and work without any distractions during that time. When the timer goes off, I take a 5-minute break before repeating the process.
Reflection
Since using this hack, I’ve found myself getting more done in less time, and feeling way more accomplished at the end of the day. It’s like my brain is saying, “Oh yeah, I got this!”
