Here’s the hack: try partitioning your day into 90-minute blocks – use it for work, reading, recreation, or even just taking breaks. It might sound crazy, but trust me when I say that it works! My own ADHD brain was blown away by how focused and motivated I felt after implementing this simple change.

Reflection

Funny Fail Moment

I tried to use the Ultradian cycle while watching TV – yeah, that didn’t end well. I ended up getting so engrossed in the show that I forgot to take breaks! My brain (and body) were screaming for rest periods, but my couch-addicted self was like, “Just one more episode…” Needless to say, it took me a few attempts to figure out how to use this hack effectively.
